The main reason people are looking to buy PLS right now is so they can do swap transactions on decentralised exchanges like PulseX.

People have received large amounts of Free coins from the airdrop, but once they connect to the PulseChain they realise they can't do any swaps because they don't have any PLS to pay for gas fees.

So most people just need a little bit of PLS for gas just to get into the ecosystem.

Some of these methods are good good for people who don't live in the U.S. So if you live in the U.S. and don't use a VPN you're out of luck.

Some of these sites are centralised exchanges which require KYC, while others allow no KYC transactions.

For centralised exchanges, it's just a matter of opening an account, buying some PLS and sending it to a self custody wallet such as MetaMask.

Other methods are decentralised, so some sites require a wallet to be connected. For this reason, I think it's best practice to connect to a fresh empty wallet.

I have not used any of these services so I can't recommend them. I was able to do my first swap on the day of the launch. My first transaction was some of my airdropped HEX for PLS. That solved my gas issue.
